Jason Olivier serves as the Managing Attorney of Olivier Law Firm, LLC, a practice that has evolved under various trade names throughout his career. Originally established as Jason T. Olivier, APLC in October 1990, the firm quickly became a trusted legal resource for major hospitals across the New Orleans metropolitan area. Within a year and a half, Jason transitioned his practice—along with its substantial client base—to the firm Naccari, Deas, and Pugh, where he represented prominent clients, including Benson Automotive World in New Orleans. His expertise in technology and his ability to generate business led to his role as managing attorney just a year and a half after law school. Over the years, the firm’s name changed as partners retired and joined his practice, until 2010, when he chose to solely incorporate his name into the firm’s identity. 

As Managing Attorney, Jason has earned the distinguished AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a prestigious peer-reviewed lawyer rating service. This rating, based entirely on evaluations from fellow attorneys and judges, is awarded without any required fees, ensuring its credibility. In addition, Jason holds an 8.9 rating on AVVO.

 

As a husband and dad, he is blessed with his wife Terri and his three highly accomplished children from his "starter marriage". He is a devote christian Catholic and participates extensively in his church and community activities.
